D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Ducasse has much more going for him. He is boys with Castillo. Expect him to be named starter very soon. Miller/O'Leary deal coming too!
Captain Murica Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 It's funny because I thought Miller would be the surprise cut, but, I get blind sided by the JWill cut.. smdh
26CornerBlitz Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 It's funny because I thought Miller would be the surprise cut, but, I get blind sided by the JWill cut.. smdh There's still one more cut to announce.

Rico Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Look at the bright side, I don't think O'Leary's going anywhere for awhile, he's looked pretty good this year.
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Look at the bright side, I don't think O'Leary's going anywhere for awhile, he's looked pretty good this year. He's a Whaley guy
EmotionallyUnstable Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Look at the bright side, I don't think O'Leary's going anywhere for awhile, he's looked pretty good this year. That doesn't mean anything apparently
dgrochester55 Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 (edited) This would be the dumbest move of all. Even if the team for whatever reason feels like the Russian turnstile is worthy of starting at right guard, you are dumping a third year player drafted in the 3rd round who has at the very least been average when starting. Miller would certainly be a better backup option than a preseason cut waiver claim on the panthers........right? Edited September 3, 2017 by dgrochester55
White Linen Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 They just signed an o lineman off waivers and yep you guess it - he played for the Panthers.
DC Grid Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Miller's gone. He's young and more talented than the old hacks McBean brought in.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 I'm fully convinced he isn't starting because he was picked by Whaley. Some political BS. That's not how you run a football team.
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 This is like a combination Josh McDaniels in Denver and Chip Kelly in Philadelphia. We gave the house away to guys who didn't deserve it.

starrymessenger Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 (edited) I've worked under a new boss who methodically purged the group he inherited and which had some pretty talented and experienced people. Wanted his own guys/hires. He turned out to be a disaster and eventually got fired. Truth was he was paranoid and psychologically fragile. Felt he could only trust people who owed their jobs to him. I'm sure others have also seen this type before. Sure hope thats not what is going on here because if it is we will be shipping them out and starting all over again in three years. Yeah it is a lazy, crappy way to rebuild by just throwing everything out. It seems beyond these guys to look at the talent available and decide who can be part of a winning effort down the road.
