Canadian Bills Fan Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Did anyone else see this? I didnt even know there was one.... Apparently Cameron changed it when a focus group called it "Cheesy Disney Bulls**t" After seeing it boy were they right. What a horrible ending CBF
KD in CA Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 As if the current ending (meaning pretty much everything after they hit the iceberg) wasn't already chessy, Disney bullsh-- enough.
GoBills808 Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 The alternate ending for me would have been if Rose had found another piece of driftwood, recognized a healthy young male's chances of surviving hypothermic shock are reasonable, and not let him sink to the bottom of the Atlantic. Maybe try a little CPR or something.
Sweats Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I thought the alternate ending consisted of the Titanic NOT hitting the iceberg, everyone lives and leads a normal healthy life.
/dev/null Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 And i thought the original ending was terrible. And the beginning. And the middle part I did enjoy when the hot red head got naked and the part when Leonardo DiCrapio dies. The rest of it sucked tho
Fan in San Diego Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I thought the alternate ending consisted of the Titanic NOT hitting the iceberg, everyone lives and leads a normal healthy life. That was my first thought as well. I hated the movie by the way, hated Rose the most.
ExiledInIllinois Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I never saw Titanic and never will. What did I miss?
LABILLBACKER Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I never saw Titanic and never will. What did I miss? Spoiler alert. Boat sinks. Everyone dies.
BUNCH OF MULARKEY Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 What if Hartley and Jack, in some bizarre twist of fate, ended up clinging to the same piece of driftwood.

KD in CA Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 I never saw Titanic and never will. What did I miss? 1) Insufferable cast runs around boat overplaying over-stereotyped characters for 2 hours 2) "Iceberg, right ahead!" 3) Insufferable cast runs around boat overplaying over-stereotyped characters for another 2 hours 4) Boat sinks 5) Selfish old lady throws asset worth millions of dollars into the sea rather than selling it and giving the money to charity. The End.

The End. You forgot: Nearly all the insufferable characters die a horrible death. Which was by far the best part of the movie. It was one of Cameron's greatest cinematic achievements, doing a movie about the Titanic that leaves you rooting for the iceberg.
dib Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 I thought this thread was going to be about the Bills season.
Bills1985 Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 Fitting thread considering the Titanic sequel is coming out soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLiG7Fm9Ad0
DC Tom Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 Fitting thread considering the Titanic sequel is coming out soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLiG7Fm9Ad0 At least that would be an original idea, for once...
frostbitmic Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Alien movies are great, Titanic needed aliens.

Fitting thread considering the Titanic sequel is coming out soon. With reference to my post just above. That sequel will be shot on location here @ TBD... :-(

ExiledInIllinois Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 (edited) Already talks of a third film in the franchise Titanic III: Spawn of the Asian Carp Don't mess with me, I am triggered, Jefferson Davis was with the Army Corps and surveyed this area... Calumet Harbor. I shouldn't have to lock drunken pleasure boaters on a Sunday night. :-P Edited September 4, 2017 by ExiledInIllinois
Marv's Neighbor Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Titanic III, the Caribbean cruise, the Bermuda triangle all during hurricane season.
