Source: with Tyrod Taylor and T.J. Yates dealing with concussions, the Bills are signing QB Keith Wenning. Familiar with OC Rick Dennison.

The Bills are signing QB Keith Wenning, source tells ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates. Wenning, 26, was most recently with the Giants this spring. He was coached in 2014 by then-Ravens QBs coach Rick Dennison, now the Bills' offensive coordinator. He becomes the fourth quarterback on the Bills' depth chart but could see significant playing time in Thursday's preseason finale with Tyrod Taylor and T.J. Yates both out with concussions.

Who? lol

Just an arm for preseason game 4. They're not looking for a new #1 or #2. Tyrod's the starter, Peterman's the backup.

yes. He knows the offense and is just an arm for this week.

He's shown me enough. He should be the starter this year.

More like Keith WINNING, amirite?

I love how we look for guys "familiar" with Dennison's offense. Wouldn't it be great to find someone who is really good, that can learn the offense. So far this offensive scheme looks pretty bad anyway.

it all depends on what their intent is for the player. Right now they have their #1 in TT and don't feel anyone else available would be a better option. Also TT and Yates may not be out long so they just need the extra arm to get them through the next PS game, so the most logical choice is to sign a guy familiar with the offence instead of someone who will need time to learn it when more then likely they are cut following the end of the game.
