JM2009 Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 https://www.chatsports.com/nfl/a/4-teams-are-most-likely-trade-jarvis-landry-35209 "3) Buffalo BillsAnother division rival, the Bills make sense for a number of reasons. First off, they need a wideout after trading Sammy Watkins and Anquan Boldin's retirement. Secondly, they have assets that would appeal to Miami with multiple draft picks in the first, second and third rounds in the 2018 draft. However, it doesn't seem like Buffalo is willing to part with those and want to rebuild through the draft - though Landry could make them rethink that."
Magox Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 The main issue I see is that both him and Matthews are both best in the slot. Plus I don't think Miami would trade him to the Bills. But if they were to trade him I'm guessing they'd accept a 2nd and maybe a 5th for him.
JM2009 Posted August 28, 2017 Author Posted August 28, 2017 Tempting. He's a good player. probably will never happen.
Tipster19 Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Who knows, Gase has the connection with the Bears. Would Kevin White and some compensation for Landry work?
EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Not in a million years with this regime.
Samwell Tarly Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Too rich for Beane's blood. Doesn't fit the process.
r00tabaga Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Need a wideout, not another slot guy Thank you
PirateHookerMD Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 one year rental who needs to be payed, no thanks. We already have that in Mathews. Â Get the QB first, toys second.
JimKellyTryouts Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Yet another FA-to-be from 2014's class...if we're not contending this year (let alone paying lucrative contracts for FAs), why bother?

 1) No trade between Miami and the Bills is going to happen. 2) They don't need another slot receiver who'll be a UFA next season.
frostbitmic Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 The Dolphins should just trade him to the patriots for a future 7th round pick.
BuffaloBillsGospel Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 I don't believe we collected assets (extra 1st, 2nd, 3rd) just to blow it on an above average WR in Landry, just my opinion.
Rocky Landing Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Landry was one of my favorite non-Bill players until he effectively ended Aaron Williams' career. He's a lot of fun to watch. I wonder how well he'd go over in the locker room, given the history.
boyst Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Is there any real traction to support this trade possibly happening.
