DFlo Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Doesn't seem to be as friendly as Lynn's running scheme. Was it just a bad game yesterday or is McCoy not a natural fit in this one cut and go scheme?

Boatdrinks Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I think Shady can make a quick cut as well as any. I don't think he'll see the holes he's had in the past unless the OL gets their collective heads out of their arse. Glenn and no Ducasse would be a big upgrade as well. Regardless, I don't think Shady is the issue here.
JimKellyTryouts Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 (edited) Since the Jets game will likely have an ugly score of 10-7 or something (either way), we're probably going to need to wait until week 2 to see if Shady can carry the offense on his back. Edited August 27, 2017 by JimKellyTryouts
Billzgobowlin Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 The problem is not the scheme but the Line coach teaching presnap position, anchoring and winning battles. We had a top three Oline coach under contract that we let walk out the front door. Kromer coaching those guys would have guaranteed a playoff spot with our defense
billsfan714 Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Pretty good that I passed on him with the fifth pick of my fantasy draft.
