WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Zay Jones might be the guy I've felt best about as a rookie in a long time, maybe since Bob Woods Yeah, he's looked pretty stellar out there today. I wish we had Sammy to pair him with.
jimmy10 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 You must be new. Once the season starts, DO NOT start new threads during gameday. No exceptions. Hey man, stop dwelling in the past. Haven't you heard that talking point from the BBMB Alumni Association yet? Everyone's opinion is a precious and unique snowflake deserving not just its own thread, but it's own forum. No, website. No, domain. Nobody gives a flying efffffffff how good anyone thinks this place USED to be.
Chicken Boo Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Yes, of course Wow what a jerk Billick is: "I'm not going to take anything away from this. McDermott should be proud of what his 1st team offense did...against this Ravens 2nd team defense." Screw you, Billick! Keep your head in the sand all you'd like, but this team sucks! Believe your eyes.
GunnerBill Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Anyone else on gamepass getting to see Brian Billick eating? Better than watching the Bills offense.
3rdand12 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Zay Jones might be the guy I've felt best about as a rookie in a long time, maybe since Bob Woods he doesn't seem crazy
Andrew Son Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I think this is the best pair of safeties we've had in a long while
Scott7975 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 We might. I think McDermott and Beane have their reasoning for doing it with Taylor's injury. Sure hope Peterman becomes the next Brady if he does God I don't want to sit through another losing season. It's not that I think he's going to be the next Brady. I like his quick decisions and throws. The kid had looked just as good as any other rookie out there this year. I'm a Taylor fan too but this kid seems a better fit for this offense to me.
Sig1Hunter Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 (edited) Why am I watching Billick shove a hot dog down his throat on tv at halftime? He has no clue he is on live TV apparently Edited August 27, 2017 by Sig1Hunter
PromoTheRobot Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 (edited) No. You're just overreacting. He's doing good things at times, though. I could see him being named the starter with the situation as it now is. Sure hope our OL gets healthy. Also Peterman is staring down his receivers. He's not looking at anyone else. He won't get away with that in the regular season. Edited August 27, 2017 by PromoTheRobot
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 What are they tipping off on those quck throws. Ravens seemed to know every time. Tackle alignment, what 4 tips is not an accident. Need a play fake in there or something? Our guys both hit the point in their drop and they've been timing it well.
Wayne Cubed Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Good QBs will see a one on one on the outside and let them 50/50 it and tempt the corner into a PI I'm aware. Are we really that desperate for a QB that if a WR gets a PI call it's a positive? It was a questionable call anyways. For me, I didn't see him do anything Jeff Tuel didn't do in preseason. And Jeff Tuel threw for 212 yards and 2 scores in a preseason game.
Big C Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I think this is the best pair of safeties we've had in a long while They do look good out there.
Bills Fan of St Augustine Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 It was in the basket of his arms. It was a tough catch, but a rough one. It could have been just good coverage, but more often than not these days they give it to the offense. I don't think Zay comes down in bounds but whatever..
Buffalo Bills Fan Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I think this is the best pair of safeties we've had in a long while Me to I think whole defense whole is good. But I think Ravens might be number 1 this year.
bobobonators Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 interesting fact about Peterman in college: "Had the nation’s No. 2 passer rating when pressured at 114.7." With the way this O-line is looking, he's going to b pressured in 80% of his snaps.
3rdand12 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I think this is the best pair of safeties we've had in a long while i told you
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Why am I watching Billick shove a hot dog down his throat on tv at halftime? He has no clue he is on live TV apparently Usually the adult content filters prevent that from popping up...
North Buffalo Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 It was in the basket of his arms. It was a tough catch, but a rough one. It could have been just good coverage, but more often than not these days they give it to the offense.Cornerback arm barred him before ball got there and then kept up hand fighting as ball arrived. They'll call that most times.
The Frankish Reich Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 This is the absolute lowest priority game for NFL network. I'll have to wait till Monday to even DVR this one. I trust I'm not missing a whole lot so far ...
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Exactly, and if the pass is placed well it works pretty often. it worked for peteman and jones peterman to jones, that don't sound too bad.
