I have severe sleep apnea so I never sleep , so I'm looking through old Bills teams of the 2000s and I'm past the point of being cynical and always complaining . We have way more talent on our roster 1-53 than we usually did throughout the drought.

I'm a buffalonian and I have been all my life except for stints of college. I love the city and I love the Bills more than a lot of things in life. I don't know how many buffalonians or transplants we have here but it is a special city and community, despite the stereotypes and the Bills are very important.

I'm just glad that we are in Buffalo forever, just like my father always assured me we would be. And we will be winners one day guys... one day soon

Bills love aside for a moment, do you have a B-pap or C-pap machine?

I have a c pap but I am a violent sleeper, always tossing and turning so it's uncomfortable. So I haven't used it much the last year or so.

Dude, sleep in a chair or something, you could seriously die in your sleep. You should talk to your specialist immediately.

All joking aside when I was 21 or so he told me I slept like an 80 year old man. I stopped breathing over 70 times an hour in my sleep.

But it's not about me . I'm happy. Hell im severely concussed as well from football. Take the good with the bad. But I have God so I'm ready whenever he wants me.

My great grandparents and grandparents all lived 90+. My grandma is still kickin. I got a while my friend :)

If I'm noticeably worse of course I'll seek help. I do sleep better sitting up

I appreciate this post 4 what it is. Always good to look on the bright side of life. We never know how much we have left. Good sht. Go Bills!

Past the point of cynical is pure jadedness. You could make 17 expensive chess sets out of that much jade. Hoping for tangible improvement and some well-deserved wins to enjoy.

This team is going to surprise people. Billieve that.

I think this is a true statement! Actually, the Bills have surprised me on an annual basis for years!

There will be a turn around here, that much is certain. In general, no one here wants to lose. That said, there is a contingent that revel in the 15 minutes of fame that indescriminant, myopic team bashing gets them. I think the younger folks call them click baters. In general there's not a poster here who is unwilling to see the logic in a well thought out counterpoint.

By contrast, if the drought happened to the patsies or jests their fan base would be screaming for the owners to move the team to the Phillipines and rename them the Manilla Folders.

I thought so a month ago but I'm not feeling so optimistic now. The left tackle situation and the lack of quality receivers have me worried a lot for the start of the season.

The optimist in me says best case is that the defense is good and keeps the Bills in games for the first half of the season. Then Taylor and Matthews start to click and Glenn or Henderson solidifies the line and Bills start to win consistently.

That's really wishful thinking.

I think alot of fans really set themselves up for a let down this year with some thinking of a run.

Instead of seeing what this season really is a Transition year

I got that. But alot that are mad with how this offseason is moving are the ones i am referring too.

Well I spend thousands of dollars a year on the bills so obviously deep down I want success. But I realize that we are young and inexperienced and there will be growing pains.

We are privileged. One of 32 cities in the world with an NFL team. I've grown to realize that

Amen to this thread. No longer live in WNY but I hate the negativity. Great thread. My condolences that you will never work for WGR or TBN
