I have it at 3 1/2 transactions after we cut to 53. A Safety, Wide Receiver and a Defensive End. Will we be more active or less?

If it is post 53 cuts but prior to the regular season, that gives them approximately a week to make these moves. In that case I'll take the under.

Are we counting the improving the bottom of the roster with other cuts too?

 

And PS signings?

 

If so way over 3.5 (have 10 alone with signing PS players)

I wasn't counting practice squad players. But churning the bottom of the roster may go past adding 4 players. I would go over plus PS

DB yes, DE no, unless Kony is released and wants to play for his former DC...I just don't see a WR added unless there's an injury

Tough to call.

Depends on what drops, and how good pro scouting is. Whaley's team was pretty decent. and would predict the over.
But no feeling for these guys.
