Thurmal34 Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 (edited) Thin at starter, thin at backup. E Wood expires when, at the end of this year? Incognito old, Cordy's health an unknown. What is the plan for improving this group? Edited August 18, 2017 by Thurmal34

BringBackOrton Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 I wonder just how bad Miller and Dawkins have looked if Mills and Ducasse have been getting so much time with the ones. Bring back Kromer.
MAJBobby Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Next year. Not much you can do about it this year.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Gotta stop this ridiculous Ducasse experiment at RG and pray for Glenn's foot.
John from Riverside Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Seantrel Henderson is getting his ass handed to him..... We need to seriously consider bringin in another veteran OT
Thurmal34 Posted August 18, 2017 Author Posted August 18, 2017 Sorry, should have made my OP more clear. What is the long term plan to improve this group? Not expecting miracles in 2017
John from Riverside Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 King Dunlap is sitting out there....just sayin
Marty McFly Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Everyones not taking to the zone blocking scheme so well. I hope we bring in a few offensive tackles after League wide cuts are made. Ill say it for RLB: Dawkins got pansted out there.
MAJBobby Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 I would be on the Phone TONIGHT with Brandon Alberts agent and get him in here immediately. I have to see real games before i can start saying much about how they play together. OL needs to play together specially in a zone scheme Glenn being out hurts that and the constant flipping on the right side hurts that
26CornerBlitz Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Seantrel Henderson is getting his ass handed to him..... We need to seriously consider bringin in another veteran OT He struggled for the 2nd week in a row.
BuffaloBaumer Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 The oline is what makes me think this is a 3 win season
Thurmal34 Posted August 18, 2017 Author Posted August 18, 2017 Groy looks like he has a future, and Miller while getting beat by FC tonight is solid but what is the future looking like? Is Seantrell part of the picture? Who takes over for Richie? We need continuity and depth there badly.
Marty McFly Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 The offense may be this years 2016 version of the defense.... But the running game still looks good. Not a fan of the timing offense with Tyrod at QB. Last years offensive design was perfect for him. And the awful Watkins trade. I expect the offense to take a big drop off this year. 5 to 6 wins. I didnt wanna concede to that yet but if we dont get some new WRs with speed and a few quality OTs on our team fast, its looking like that type of season. A reverse Rex Ryan
26CornerBlitz Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 2nd week in a row? His whole NFL career he's sucked. McDermott and Beane were in such a frickin hurry to cut Kujo.

WMDman Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 (edited) McDermott and Beane were in such a frickin hurry to cut Kujo. they probably thought he was gonna get suspended or that his talent didnt equal his baggage Edited August 18, 2017 by WMDman
MAJBobby Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 It was just so bad OL literally getting thrown into the QB's face Well i dont know why they keep trying to force the Ducasse at RG thing.
Thurmal34 Posted August 18, 2017 Author Posted August 18, 2017 (edited) McDermott and Beane were in such a frickin hurry to cut Kujo. He was not suited for RT b/c of injury and planting outside leg on that side of line but at LT right knee injury far less of a factor. He was always more effective on spot duty at LT than at longer term duty at RT. That said, it's blurry who let him walk...was it indeed the new regime? Edited August 18, 2017 by Thurmal34
