boyst Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 As usual, you add nothing worth discussing. More hyperbolic emotional silliness. Ctrl v
JM2009 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 (edited) Their reaction and enthusiasm has made me feel better about the trade. Sammy is going where his talents are appreciated. He's gone to a bigger and better market. Rams now potentially have their big three in Gurley, Sammy, Goff. If McVay is half the genius many proclaim, they will be a fun team to watch. Gurley had a down year last season. Goff looks bad at this point, so far.And the Bills beat them last season. Edited August 13, 2017 by JM2009
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Been 17 years since I laughed BINGO!!! Unless laugh-crying counts. Sometimes I do that when they spin my head into delirium with one of those classic last second losses when a win was in the bag.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Gurley had a down year last season. Goff looks bad at this point, so far.And the Bills beat them last season. Gurley was very disappointing last season and Goff was simply not ready.

Then I suggest you get to watching them. Best wishes.
LABILLBACKER Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 We'll see who's laughing when Sammy's foot flares up again.
Crusher Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 We'll see who's laughing when Sammy's foot flares up again. You hope so...otherwise, we got fleeced. And usually after the second surgery, the foot is good.
mead107 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Their reactions are priceless: wait till next spring. They will not love him anymore after he only plays 8 games for them
DocLawless Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 The Rams have enough fans for a message board? I figured they could get by with a group text. AHahahahahahahahaha
Buftex Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 So hilarious if it wasn't so sad. Fans here are conditioned to hate talented players and excuse the front office for incompetence when it comes to their contract status. Then theyll complain that they didn't pay the backup RB. Amen!
Jasovon Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 come back to us at the end of 2017 when Sammy has played 4 games and is now hitting free agency.
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 I can't blame them for being excited. It is very little to give up for huge upside. Gains was their 4th CB and injury prone? Basically they gave up a second to see if Sammy can stay healthy. If he does they have a game changer. They still need a QB but franchise tag Sammy and Darnold, Allen or Rosen could be throwing to Sammy in 2018. come back to us at the end of 2017 when Sammy has played 4 games and is now hitting free agency. Still worth the gamble. We used two first round picks on Sammy. They used a 2nd and gave us a player they didn't even need.
WMDman Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 The only way he stays is if hes tagged, if they want to keep him beyond that I believe they'd have to trade Tavon or just not pay Aaron Donald (which would be dumb) imo

r00tabaga Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Is it possible all 3 teams improved? I mean, Philly gave up too much value (I think) but clearly got better. LA's offense got MUCH better & Wade will be fine with his D. We got slightly better IMO, disregarding the draft picks acquired and figuring in the Boldin signing.
KollegeStudnet Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 The one dude has a point about WRs dying in Buffalo. Look at Sammy's career between Marrone playing him in preseason with cracked ribs to Rex bringing him back too soon from foot surgery. We mismanaged a great talent Can't argue there.
WMDman Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 (edited) Tavon is the one who should go and they have to get Donald signed long-term. Agreed, but I can see the Rams letting him hit free agency if watkins stays reasonably healthy Edited August 13, 2017 by WMDman
