It looks like we will need to add at least one or two major receivers via free agency or the draft after we have taken our Qb. Some Wrs that will be free agents in 2018 are Pryor, Jeffers, Fitzgerald, Hopkins, Watkins, Decker, Matthews, Wallace, Landry and others.

A look at some of the top receivers in the draft.

Thoughts? Anybody you really want?

No reason to spend Big money on a WR until the QB is in place. That is what we have always done.

Try to get Matthews at about a 5-6M AVV on a re-sign but if not just wait

Didn't Woods get 6M ? ... If so, Matthews will be in the 7-8M range.

Woods given that to play outside WR. Matthews is a slot. So can use that as leverage for price

Having this discussion makes me want to kick the dog that I don't have. Trade a number one WR for a short slow often injured CB and a draft pick and then use the pick on what hopefully is a number one receiver. Just f ING genius.

That Watkins guy will be an interesting FA. He's only like 24.

In the draft, Courtland Sutton seems like a guy that would cause Beane to hold a book in front of his nether regions.

I forgot to mention Calvin Ridley, Bama. Underutilized in 2016 like their other pass catchers due to the QB but he's a talent. Flashed as a freshman. Not sure how he'll produce this season with same QB + Daboll as OC but he's a player.

We will be building this franchise into a perennial winner through the NFL draft.

yup but right before we start winning we will let them sign with NE and trade the rest after we fire everyone. Lather, rinse, repeat

Watch out for these 3:

Bryce Bobo 6'2" 190 WR -Colorado

Daniel Imatorbhebe 6'4' 246 TE -USC

Nate Wozniak 6'10" 275 TE -MIN

I'd draft all three if I could.

hope so. probably the primary way forward for a franchise likely not very popular with free agents, especially now. need to emphasize the draft, draft well and lock up drafted players for 4-5 years and lead them with a true franchise QB ... thats the formula. gonna take a few years....

I find it kind of funny that we all of a sudden feel that we dont have WR's

We just dont have a ELITE guy.....we have 3 starting caliber players and a bunch of number 3's

Lets see how this plays out

2 of those 3 will be FAs next year. Meaning we definitely need to sign/draft somebody.
