Considering the grief that the Pegulas received for their hockey team's shameful losing campaign, you can understand why the owners wouldn't have the stomach to repeat it with their NFL franchise. BILLS TRADE SAMMY WATKINS BLOCKBUSTERS: BILLS TRADE WATKINS, DARBY Graham: Bills leaders admit they'll need to sell trades to team, fans Gaughan: Long-term good for Bills is still hard to swallow New Bills WR Jordan Matthews in pictures So in typical fashion, the Bills are out to win in the short term while hoping to get better down the road. Over the years, I've argued that middling it to placate fans has held the Bills back, costing them more chances to pick near the top of the draft and perhaps get their franchise quarterback. Amazing that such an experienced writer can't grasp this simple fact.
Beast Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 (edited) Sullivan seemed to be straddling the fence with this article so that, when he falls, he will fall on the right side and tell everyone that he told us so. Edited August 12, 2017 by Binghamton Beast
Straight Hucklebuck Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Typical fashion for the Bills is to get 0-1 player out of a Draft class.
