Never was a fan of Bush or Live despite them being a local band, but that OLP song does it for me every time. Reminds me of high school .? Edited June 16, 2019 by RaoulDuke79 Quote

ChevyVanMiller Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Rarely has a band connected more strongly with their audience than the Avett Brothers do with theirs. Here is a great example of it: Quote
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 The Aud, 1977... Great sounding show, version: 1 Quote
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 (edited) I they did Bertha same show May 9, 1977... I think they opened with it? Good selection (as you can tell by the DeadHeads) considering The Blizzard! Band was thinking! Edited June 29, 2019 by ExiledInIllinois 1 Quote
The Avenger Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 (edited) Gary Clark Jr. I just stumbled across this guy as he was a guest on SNL and was pretty blown away. Rock/Blues guitar player in the mold of the Vaugn brothers (he played with them as he was developing as a young artist). Reminds me very much of Hendrix - just letting the music flow out of him via his guitar effortlessly. I'm generally a metal guy, but I really like this guy - just ordered a few albums....
