I love this song AND video clip sooo much GREEN ..weezer a little bit of love

Good morning 2bd

A little bit, a little bit of love
Goes a pretty long way
Take a look at where you started from
And where you are today
You climbed mountains, swam oceans
You got knocked down and kept goin'
In the end you know you've got to say
A little bit of love goes a pretty long way

All your wounds are healing fine
I'm so glad I got you in my life
Now the winter frost is gone
Now is our chance to live the life we want

A little bit, a little bit of love
Goes a pretty long way
Everybody, evеrybody's lost
And that's okay
Some show it, some hide it
But thеre's a battle we're all fighting
So if you're looking for the words to say
A little bit of love goes a pretty long way

Holding onto the rabbit's feet
Walking down the sunny side of the street
Shadows creeping at your back
You can forget 'em like an amnesiac

A little bit, a little bit of love
Goes a pretty long way
Love is really like a wonder drug
Let's medicate
And say goodbye to the drama
It's a beeline to nirvana
If you're looking for the words to say
A little bit of love goes a pretty long way
Hey, woah, hey, woah
Hey, woah, hey, woah

A little bit, a little bit of love
Goes a pretty long way
Take a look at where you started from
And where you are today
You climbed mountains, you swam oceans
You got knocked down and kept goin'
In the end, you know you've got to say
A little bit of love goes a pretty long way

Hey, woah, hey, woah, hey, woah
A little bit of love goes a pretty long way

“A Little Bit of Love” was released by Weezer on March 16, 2022. The song is a compelling message about love, showing that a small amount of love can be much more powerful than one might think."

OK, I know there isn't much love for this band, but for those of us who grew up in the 60s, it was a fun group.  Micky Dolenz currently touring and playing from the Headquarters album, which the band played their own instruments and helped with much of the lyrics.  Here's my favorite from that album:

Initially, what piqued my interest in Bongwater was a clip where Bob Weir plays guitar in their version of Screaming Jay Hawkins' "You don't love me yet".  Actually, Hawkins starts the song before Bongwater's Ann Magnuson takes over.

Bongwater was active only for a few years around 1990. Many of their songs were commentaries on fellow musicians or current events.

Here is a full concert on French TV. A/V quality is substandard, but you still can get the gist of their performance.

have I ever played this clip here? I'm not sure. What do you think/ make of this? Im posting it because the intro is my son using his pedal board for sound effects. His musical taste goes the way of sometime ambient and random kind of sounds. This was his last "professional" band . On tour in Cali circa 2017 Great memories.
