BringMetheHeadofLeonLett Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 NOBODY did this back then. Nobody does it today. If you spend a moment to listen to the song above... there's really nothing like it. Amongst the insanity, who spends the time to figure out how a bass line will drill directly up your butt?? God bless this band. Quote

SinceThe70s Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) For years a New Years Eve staple for my fam has been the Dub Side of the Mule NYE concert. Couldn't find video for this one but 3 minutes in is classic NYE horns: And here's the first song of the new year Edited January 1 by SinceThe70s Quote

OGTEleven Posted January 5 Posted January 5 I took the wife to see this trio in November. Regardless of what type of music you like, don’t miss a chance to see them if you get one. There were ten jaw dropping moments because of their sheer singing talent. They sang the song below. I knew a lot of their music but not this one. It’s a cover of the last song Warren Zevon wrote (he knew he was dying). It’s sad enough on its own but we had just put our dog to sleep. There is a line that says I’m tied to you like the buttons on your blouse which couldn’t be a more perfect description of how that dog looked at my wife. I couldn’t look over at her or I’d have lost it. 1 Quote

SinceThe70s Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Today I plugged in a USB drive with some music I was listening to a few years back. Came across two songs I forgot about that are diametrically opposed. One is bad ass the other candy ass (stick around for the guitar solo a minute in). Quote
