The Poojer Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Nothing left to do, but smile, smile, smile! I'm so happy the music is carrying on. It's so nice to see yet another generation get the opportunity to enjoy the music!
ExiledInIllinois Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 (edited) The four finger guru: (He lost it when he was four. Little brothers shouldn't hold the firewood... But heck, it was the 1940s.) Edited August 2, 2017 by ExiledInIllinois

gomper Posted August 3, 2017 Author Posted August 3, 2017 awesome stuff!!! Glad you liked it! I'm sure it's out of production now but that whole JGB show came out on DVD long ago. August 1, 1990 was supposed to be the Dead at Shoreline but when Brent died, Jerry stepped in I still miss them both.
gomper Posted August 5, 2017 Author Posted August 5, 2017 Nice. I wish The Campfire Band would come East.
The Poojer Posted August 5, 2017 Posted August 5, 2017 (edited) Brent was amazing. That probably signaled the end for Jerry. Vince was a great keyboard player but Brent brought soul. Have you had the pleasure of seeing dead and company? So much fun, so nice to see yet another chapter being written Glad you liked it! gomper Posted August 5, 2017 Author Posted August 5, 2017 Brent was amazing. That probably signaled the end for Jerry. Vince was a great keyboard player but Brent brought soul. It was pretty much over after Brent kicked. Some nice Hornsby show moments but it never seemed like the band recovered. Certainly not Jerry.
Eric Moulds on my A** Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 Watched Long Strange Trip on Amazon the other day. Highly recommend it.
