eball Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 According to The Sporting News. Not a good look for ALynn.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 According to The Sporting News. Not a good look for ALynn. That's low Let them go man CBF
Chandler#81 Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 WTH? Why? They won't be ready for a Quarter of play in their Preseason Opener?? C'mon, Anthony!
#34fan Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 If accurate, this is really ugly..... -And I can't stand Phil Rivers, btw....
Captain Murica Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 (edited) Surprised by this. I know it would be bad for the owner of the team to step in and overrule the HC ,but, this one of those occasions that only come once in a lifetime, both of those player's played a big role in LT's accomplishments. elroy16 Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Feels like a Marrone, "I'm the boss" type move. Gates said he might go, even if he receives a fine. Seems unnecessary from Lynn.

dpberr Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 He won't last the season in San Diego. Bad vibes already.
NoSaint Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Could damage critical relationships very early in the transition process... I don't see the point. And you know rivers isn't the"oh, that's fine, no big deal" type
rant_and_go Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Bizzare.Coach I want to focus on footbal by going to a Hall of Fame induction, you know, a once in the lifetime event.Sorry, can't have it.
YoloinOhio Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 (edited) Gates said he's going anyway and will just pay the fine. Rivers doesn't care and just won't go. He's already under microscope for deciding to commute to Costa Mesa from SD evey day so he doesn't have to move (everyone else moved) Edited July 31, 2017 by YoloinOhio
Meathead Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 seriously surprised by this move. what in the world does alynn think hes accomplishing with this? head scratcher
#34fan Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 And you know rivers isn't the"oh, that's fine, no big deal" type If it were me, I'd pay the fine... I wouldn't let some rookie coach dictate my personal life. Gates said he's going anyway and will just pay the fine. Rivers doesn't care and just won't go. He's already under microscope for deciding to commute to Costa Mesa from SD evey day so he doesn't have to move (everyone else moved) Wow, that strikes me as gutless response on River's part... Kind of why I don't like the guy very much...
hemma Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Rivers doesn't dare miss a minute of practice, because he knows who has been fueled and is ready to go. "He’s the type of quarterback you want waiting on the runway ....."
White Linen Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Rivers doesn't dare miss a minute of practice, because he knows who has been fueled and is ready to go. "He’s the type of quarterback you want waiting on the runway ....." Had to look that one up but I got you now. Nice work!
Perk71 Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 What a joke! I bet they go anyways and they should...
BringBackOrton Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 I like Rivers, but him and Nate Kaeding shouldn't have gotten invited. Better play out of either of them and LT might have won a ring.
K D Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 A Lynn coached LT. Is there bad blood there or something?
