nucci Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 He did try. He is right, he put himself under a lot of pressure, and he's paid the price. Look at the hate you guys have for him. Bills have had worse coaches than him. HankBullshyt comes to mind immediately. I mean HORRIBLE coaches. Not even division III worthy. Let alone CFL. He gave up last season. Hired his brother and gave him control over the defense to try and repair his reputation as a DC....yes, we have had worse coaches but that is not saying much. Ryan destroyed a pretty decent team when he took over

WMDman Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 (edited) 🙄 why does anyone care what this guy has to say Edited July 27, 2017 by WMDman
WhoTom Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 Yeah, now that they have a competent coaching staff.
row_33 Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 I look forward to fast-forwarding every time his face shows up on TV this year.
Coach Tuesday Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 I look forward to fast-forwarding every time his face shows up on TV this year. Good luck with that time travel...
Dopey Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 BOOOOO!!! He's gone. No more stories with Rex or Rob in them. They stole Peg's $ and set us back at least a couple of years. F them!!!
T-Bomb Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 I dunno, I still like Rex, I think it was fun having him as coach.
row_33 Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 Good luck with that time travel... oh no, Rex is claiming he can also bend the time/space continuum? I dunno, I still like Rex, I think it was fun having him as coach. It was fun asking people why they 24/7 mocked him as a clown with the Jets but suddenly thought he was a GENIUS when he joined the Bills. It was crickets in response.
JM2009 Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 If RR defense had played better, the Bills would have been a playoff team in 2016.

It was fun asking people why they 24/7 mocked him as a clown with the Jets but suddenly thought he was a GENIUS when he joined the Bills. It was crickets in response. I never really mocked him when he was with the Jets, I had always wished the Bills would get a "Big Time" coach more like Rex while we were losing with the likes of Jauron and Gailey.

I did too. He was .500 with the Bills. Not terrible, but disappointing with the defense, esp. in 2016.
WhoTom Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 If RR defense had played better, the Bills would have been a playoff team in 2016. If only Rex had inherited a top-five defense ...
Doc Brown Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 The ONLY thing I give Rex credit for is pushing for us to sign Tyrod Taylor. Other than that, he was a complete failure.
reddogblitz Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 We improved by his subtraction We'll see. He's right. We "might" BE a playoff team. Of course the same could be said of the other 31 teams. Rex is getting the hang of this announcing thing.
Beast Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 We improved by his subtraction 2nd post in ended the thread.
