YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2017 Author Posted September 2, 2017 Did the NFL mention the night club assault and the pulling the top off the girl on the float? If they did I think it would help their case. Zeke needs a little pull back so he can have a nice long career and not fade off like a PAC man.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk http://nypost.com/2017/09/01/ezekiel-elliotts-defense-for-exposing-womans-breast-we-had-sex-later/
Koko78 Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 They could get a homeless guy off the street who could do as good of a job as he does. And it will bring them good PR. Yeah... they really couldn't.
YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2017 Author Posted September 2, 2017 Zeke's ex slept with Lucky Whitehead to piss him off while the Cowboys were playing in Cleveland. Can't make this **** up. Quite the soap opera you have Jerruh.

26CornerBlitz Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 @JosinaAnderson During EE appeal, per rec, NFL investigator Kia Roberts admits she authored a doc headed as t/ 'Tiffany Thompson Inconsistency Transcripts.'
YoloinOhio Posted September 4, 2017 Author Posted September 4, 2017 I am almost done reading the transcripts. So much drugs and alcohol and immaturity involved tough to sort through.
YoloinOhio Posted September 5, 2017 Author Posted September 5, 2017 @rapsheet NFL filed a motion opposing the NFLPA's request for a TRO, saying courts are not empowered to 2nd-guess decisions made by the commissioner
Koko78 Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 @rapsheet NFL filed a motion opposing the NFLPA's request for a TRO, saying courts are not empowered to 2nd-guess decisions made by the commissioner The NFL may be right - the PA collectively bargained that power to Goodell. It will be interesting to see how the judge rules.
YoloinOhio Posted September 5, 2017 Author Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) The NFL may be right - the PA collectively bargained that power to Goodell. It will be interesting to see how the judge rules. yep. NFLPA can only blame themselves @tompelissero NFLPA has filed response to NFL's opposition in Ezekiel Elliott's case. Says they'll show at hearing it meets requirements for court to act. Edited September 5, 2017 by YoloinOhio
YoloinOhio Posted September 5, 2017 Author Posted September 5, 2017 @tompelissero While #Cowboys believe Harold Henderson must rule by 4 p.m. today or Ezekiel Elliott plays Sunday, league source says there is no deadline. When Odell Beckham Jr.'s suspension was upheld in 2015, ruling came on a Wednesday. CBA says only ruling needed as soon as practicable.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 @TomPelissero The NFLPA filing says Harold Henderson has informed the parties he'll rule on Zeke appeal by close of business today. So here we go.
CommonCents Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 @TomPelissero The NFLPA filing says Harold Henderson has informed the parties he'll rule on Zeke appeal by close of business today. So here we go. Any chance he can still miss week 1?
row_33 Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 The NFL may be right - the PA collectively bargained that power to Goodell. It will be interesting to see how the judge rules. PA has caved on every one of the last 1,239 issues against the NFL. And soon to rise another 30 or so.

Chuck Wagon Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Darren McFadden on my fantasy team says "please make sure Zeke sits 6 games".
boyst Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 one acronym: OSU and PSU. And UM. And Duke. And UNC. And Bama, and UGA. You're a fool to think all sorts of cover-ups don't happen at each school. I saw two in a short time.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 @JosinaAnderson There are some around E. Elliott who feel & would strongly advise, unless complete exoneration in appeal, fight case until the end in court.
CommonCents Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Dear Zeke, My fantasy lineup is in shambles as Hurricane Irma is coming directly at Winston, Evans, and Parker. I may not score 60 points this week. If you play, my opponent will undoubtedly whoop my behind. Please take the reduction and rest up for a few weeks. I'd like to win some money this year instead of donate. XOXOXO

If I take a reduced suspension it is admitting that I am guilty of DV and I can't do that! I want my straight cash homie on the endorsements. Also, I want to someday open my already established trademarked "Zeke's Crop Top Bar and Grill" on campus and I feel it would be much more successful if I wasn't known around here as a woman beater. Yours to my abs and back, Zeke xoxoxo
26CornerBlitz Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 Suspension upheld with no reduction in the number of games. Per Chris Mortensen
