After completing transactions, customers were shocked to find alarming handwritten notes popping out of the receipt slot. Each note had a similar message, "Please help. I'm stuck in here and I don't have my phone. Please call my boss at 210-***-****." Some people thought the scribbled note was simply a prank and walked away, but the contractor trapped inside was hoping someone would take his plea seriously.

One of my most trite jokes is "reading" a fortune cookie that says "Help, I'm being held hostage in a fortune cookie factory!"
