BuffaloBud420 Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 If so, Washington will be cut. Why can't Tyrod get in trouble with the law. Smh.
Dragonborn10 Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Washington will not be cut. The principle, discipline, culture guys always give in to talent and need. Washington is the top and only back-up DE/DT they have. He is not a 7th WR or LB. He is needed. He has talent. He isn't going anywhere and McDermott will spin it as keeping him in the family is good for the player.
hondo in seattle Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 (edited) McD talks about "accountability" and that word comes from the words "account" and "count." The idea is simple - you count up the good or bad that someone does. Then you reward or punish them in equal measure. Washington, from what I understand, committed a minor offense. Cutting him is a major punishment. That's not accountability. That's stupidity. But maybe we should let all the facts come in before we figure out what's the best course of action. Which is what McD is probably doing. Edited July 12, 2017 by hondo in seattle
