Chef Jim Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I loved when ESPN (I think) used to run the old HRD shows. Those were great!
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I loved when ESPN (I think) used to run the old HRD shows. Those were great! They still do on ESPN classic. Of course you have to pay to subscribe to the network.

CommonCents Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Sano was my pick, he snuck through first round.
Gugny Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Sano was my pick, he snuck through first round. I'm just glad to see he's releasing a new album with Living Color soon!
4merper4mer Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I love baseball but can't get into this particular event.
Gugny Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I love baseball but can't get into this particular event. I half watch. I like the game better. But not much.
The Poojer Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 He's a beast. Didn't think he could better his competition in the first round. Judge
Johnny Hammersticks Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 All Rise. Dude is an absolute freak of nature.
GG Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Who ya got? I would have said the same thing before the contest
LI_Bills Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 As much as I like Chris Berman, I couldn't stomach him in the HR derby so it was nice he wasn't there. I like that the hitters are on a timer. It was brutal a few years ago when it was by number of swings and the hitters would step out and take all day. Hmmm, maybe they should consider that for real games.
26CornerBlitz Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Yep! @Deadspin This Home Run Derby was just fun as hell: http://deadsp.in/dqzTrvx 8:00 AM - 11 Jul 2017
YoloinOhio Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Dude is an absolute freak of nature.Judge had offers from a few big programs to be a TE but wisely chose baseball.
The Poojer Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 agree on the Berman thing, but it was nice they did 'honor' him with one 'back...back...back...' call As much as I like Chris Berman, I couldn't stomach him in the HR derby so it was nice he wasn't there.
