For all you historians out there, this is a fascinating 90-minute documentary on the logistical and legal challenges that were faced 40 years ago regarding the long-distance transportation and distribution of liquids that used a more natural sterile filtration process (at the cost of a shorter stabilization lifespan) versus the more traditional method of heat-induced pathogenic microbe elimination.
