Another Fan
Does anyone practice this anymore, assuming your raised Catholic? Went this morning, felt healthy but no one else was on line. Just curious, not here to preach.
Johnny Hammersticks
Nope. My last confession was prior to my confirmation ceremony...probably 25 years ago or so. Not too many people do that anymore, I believe.
Captain Murica
Born and raised catholic, had to do it for my confirmation and that was the last time I did it. Plus, I haven't been to church besides weddings and communions.

/dev/null
I'm a non practicing Episcopalian so even if I were among the faithful flock, confession does not apply. No confession and reduced guilt. It's Catholic Lite.

Augie
Not since confirmation. That was during the time Galileo was under house arrest. I was afraid of what punishment I might receive.

LeGOATski
Confessing to a priest is pointless. Is he your best friend or something?
Johnny Hammersticks
Confessing to a priest is pointless. Is he your best friend or something? The priest is supposed to be your "direct line" to confess your sins to god, but really, he just tells the old lady who plays the organ during mass and they have a good laugh.
