The good: the injuries allowed Tatum and Brown to accelerate their development.

The bad: Hearing LeBroners talk like this was some great accomplishment. In betting circles it was almost 3/1 that the Cavs would win this series.

GO GS.

LeBron is not Jordan and the Lakers still suck.

I’m rooting for the West too. Obnoxious Cavs fans and media gotta take a damn seat.

I hope for a good series where both teams are inspired to play their best before an elimination game

What a master class that was

D’Antoni still hadn’t done a damn thing worth 1 percent of his fake label as a genius.

I'm pulling for the Cavs...though I gotta say, my interest in the finals has been greatly diminished...had Boston or Houston made it, it might have been interesting.

Both came pretty close to losing though

If they didn’t want it more they would have lost

I still really like Rozier. He was a big reason they got as far as they did. The silver lining is it puts to rest the talk of trading Kyrie because “they have Rozier.” Kyrie would have won that game for them imo. They needed that guy’s experience last night.

They are going to be so good next year. Irving and Hayward matter. And now Tatum has the big time experience of being The Man. He’s only 20. They have legit 3 star players going into next year plus budding stars like Jaylen Brown.

The real question will be can they keep Smart

He was horrible as a Lakers coach.....his fricken style of play I in part credit to Kobe having the major injury.......his squad was too old to run it.

As good/great as Lebron is, do you think he makes his teammates better?  I contend that he is that good that he doesn't but gives the appearance he does.  He draws double and triple teams most of the times which leaves his teammates more open to make shots, drive, pass etc...  Asking because there is speculation that he has some passing interest in philly, and vice versa(moreso), and I think he would destroy the skills and playing ability of the young guns like Embiid, Fultz, Simmons, TLC, Saric, Korkmaz(potentially).  Lebron is capable of taking a team of 5 me's and him and making it deep into a playoff run, i don't think he makes those around him better.  Thoughts?

I think that you are drunk. He elevates everyone around him. The exact opposite is true. LeBron could go to about half of the teams in the league and win a title immediately. This team he has in the finals now would win 25 games without him.

But he is playing 48 minutes a game because they need him to.  I think he is so overpowering and overwhelming with his talents that the play against him gives the illusion he makes players better.  I am NOT taking anything away from how awesome he is....  There's just something stuck in my 'craw' that doesn't believe he improves the players around him.

He breaks into some ****-eating grin when interviewed, the sign of a total psychotic.

Bobby Valentine was another who pulled this stunt.

D'Antoni was putting on quite a raindance the second half, maybe call off the 3 point barrage would have been wiser.

Jason McIntyre saying that the Lakers could trade Ball in the next few weeks.

Wow, they in love with another point guard in the draft or something?

Lonzo is a clown.

Look at the team when he is off the floor...that will tell you everything that you need to know.

As a certified Lebron hater I gotta give it up to him as a class act

Hugging Tatum a few mins after he banged and flexed on him was a good look

Great Role model and father for sure.

I didn’t buy into the 6ers hype and this certainly won’t help them going forward. Simmons can’t shoot, Fultz can’t even beat out TJ McConnell? It’s Embiid and some Euros, no thanks.
