@adamschefter

Celtics announced Gordon Hayward diagnosed with fractured left ankle.

Look at Schefty with the NBA tweets

Gee, don't they need an X-ray to be sure?

Or maybe just a satellite photo is sufficient...

Start with the pain meds! Go from there. Knock the poor SOB out!

They probably already got one.

I saw one quick photo, and no need to rush the X-rays. Pop him with morphine like the guys who got wrecked in Saving Private Ryan.

Nah, certain dislocations can compress the arteries and nerves and damage them. Have to evaluate and reset the joint to prevent permanent damage.

Gruesome. I was there the night Garbahosa shattered his leg and screamed in pain for 10 minutes.

Fans are expecting a total of 40 quality games out of Wade and Rose, right?

I havent had the pleasure of seeing the do.

This Toronto fan wont watch the Raptors regular season, tired of them half-dogging it for a fifth season where they have no shot in the playoffs.

For a second I was hoping Haywards foot had slipped out of his shoe but nope....

Rose looks like he's trying to emulate Swaggy P. No bueno.

I hope Roses luck holds out and he can stay healthy this season, losing top players this week in hoops and the NFL is depressing.

I'm sure that's probably true, my main consideration is just knock him the hell out!

Btw this game has totally redeemed itself after the horrible beginning

Taytum is NICE. Kyrie lighting it up. Jaylen Brown looking good.
