I heard it on the radio the other day. I remember around 1999 it was huge around that time. It almost sounds like something the band Enigma or something they would sing. Anyone know?

Its like the guy is speaking in Latin and a pretty cool flute sound the whole song. It does sound like Moby- Porcelain but its not. Anyone know?

I have been slinging records for about 35 years...during the 90's, when all this stuff was selling like crazy, I was a music buyer for Tower Records...I know a lot of stuff I can't stand!
