Hapless Bills Fan
Not to pile on here, but VY was just cut by the CFL. How can he possible think that he is ready for the NFL over anybody? To be technical, apparently he was retired for medical reasons or something like that: "t’s late June and Vince Young is back in Austin, his comeback having ended on a routine play when he was scrambling under pressure. An MRI revealed a tear, and although initial reports indicated he’d been released, the Roughriders actually placed Young on their retired list. They still own his CFL rights." I'll take a stab. If you think turkey necks are worthy of cooking and eating, you'd likely also think you're better than most QB's playing in the NFL. (???) C'mon man, it's classic Southern food right up there with gumbo. Sold by the six-pack in Louisiana etc. Lot of people think turkey necks good eating. Vince Young better than most QB playing in the NFL, that's crazy talk. Edited June 30, 2017 by Hapless Bills Fan

I prefer chicken wings to deep-fried Turkey necks, but that's JMO... All the money VY made, he should be grilling lobster-tails every night! NoSaint
*nods* I forget who said it, but one of the pundits tagged Fitz as "a QB multiple teams have decided to move on from, then failed to replace with anyone better". That pretty much sums it up. The question is would you rather have a reliable bottom third starter, for better and worse, or a complete wildcard that is unlikely but might be better?
