@thadbrown7

Phil McGoeghan getting intense during WR blocking drill. Don't remember seeing this much. Robert Woods would have loved it. #Bills

For those of you on FB Joe B has been live with the individual drills stuff the past two days. He's answering questions and it has been cool to watch a lot of the WR drills.

@SalSports

Once again Adolphus Washington is the starter in place of Marcell Dareus in first 11 on 11 session.

@NateGearyWGR

And there's Logan Thomas on a nice route OVER THE MIDDLE. Tyrod delivered an accurate ball.

@SalSports

Humber back at WLB with starters and in 11/11. And Hodges back with the second unit behind him. Vallejo at SLB behind Lorenzo now.

I have said to several ppl this AM WR Rod Streater should get more opportunities. He's looked really good. On cue makes another nice catch

@thadbrown7

Yates nice toss to Streater on a slant gets some cheers. Peterman follows with a brutal choice over the middle. Tipped INT

@thadbrown7

Peterman with blitz bearing down, back foot floater to Powell. Standard no, no, no... YES! play

@SalSports

Rookie CB Tre'Davious White Is having a nice bounce-back day so far. Getting his hands on several passes.

@JaySkurski

Nick O'Leary, who is the grandson of Jack Nicklaus and doesn't wear receiver's gloves, just made a nice sliding catch during 7 on 7s. #Bills

@john_wawrow

Sammy and Tyrod still not clicking. #Bills

QBs have been up and down all day. Tyrod has thrown behind receivers a number of times and Yates has missed badly on a few passes. Peterman not getting a ton reps with the 3rd team. He did throw a pick that was tipped by the DB but he would have been sacked well before the throw got out. Very meh day

And just as I finished typing that Tyrod completed a nice deep ball to Zay who is having a nice day

So then you agree with the Bills for not paying nearly starter money to a back up who left?

The Bills "starting" RB(doesn't actually carry the rock 250-300 times and comes out in short yardage/goal line)........ makes over $8M per year(and considerably more than that if you count the fact he double dipped on his Eagles contract, which wouldn't even have expired until AFTER this year).

There are 13 punters in the NFL whose average annual salary is in the range of the tender it would have taken to retain MG...........and 7.....half of them names GG has never even heard of....that make over $3M.......which is where MG's NE deal fell.

MG was the most productive ypc back in the NFL........and also among the very elite in short yardage and TD%..........which is kinda' like hitting HR's and not striking out.......they should not correlate...........but that's how good he was in his two seasons in Buffalo.

Yeah, he warranted that meager two year investment......especially with Shady's age and injury history.......no doubt.

Calling it "nearly starter" money doesn't make a difference.......it's relative table scraps with very little commitment for a young and incredibly productive player.

RB production is easy to find IMO........but that is if you are good organization..........the Bills aren't and they rarely find gems......FJax is really the only proven starting quality RB they've acquired outside of the top 2 rounds of the draft in the last 50 years(take away 2nd rounder Travis Henry and that becomes "outside of the FIRST round)...........and that is why they so often find themselves drafting them in round 1.

And Boldin slowly finger tents with a wry smile on his face

@BradleyGelber

Let's go live to Andre Holmes. #Bills

:lol:

@thadbrown7

Philly Brown a drop. Holmes had another drop today. Right now, WR for #Bills is Sammy, Zay and pray.

Dez nice catch to close team period. Held on despite big hit.

@RyanTalbotBills

Streater has made the most of his opportunities at camp. Name has been mentioned daily.

@iceyvick_RSN

Tyrod to Zay Jones twice in a row. One for 40 the next for 15 followed by an Andre Holmes drop.

Makes me sick he is being handed a starting role right now. Literally there is ZERO reason why he should be running with the ones. The dude sucks, plain and simple. Slow, terrible route runner, and has stone hands. Only thing he has going for him is that he is tall.
