That is the only memo that matters relative to classified information. All his other memos were shared with officials possessing the appropriate clearances to see them. As FBI Director, he was in the business of creating and sharing classified information with other officials. Very lame attempt by the right to make hay out of this. There was no doubt the memos were government documents (regardless of the former director’s suggestion that they were his personal property, memorializing his “recollection recorded” of his conversations with the president) Comey testified that he gave at least one memo to an intermediary, a law professor at Columbia. Was any portion of the leaked memo published in the NYT classified in nature? If so, Comey broke the law. Unless the six associates at the FBI/DOJ he shared his memos with weren't cleared, then there is no there there and it's just a feeble attempt to further smear Comey's reputation.
