#34fan Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 no Maclin yet.... all that meat i posted up earlier cooked wonderfully on my Daughters first charcoal grill was cooked up today. 2 1/2 year old Grandson had never seen a smoky cookout it seems!! I used a jamaican organic wood that heats fast and high. great for searing and then drops off quickly Grandma made her baked white beans with bacon or no bacon. among other goodies a Billion organic mussels in my clarified butter sauce lightly seasoned. Wonderful asparagus with Lemon wedges. A yukon gold pan of potatoes cut and baked and secretly seasoned. The nice Clams casino went over well. plenty of fruits Some natural spring water coffee. some cerveza, some wine. Lotsa sunshine and happy dogs I really like this Maclin thread. whats every one doing next weekend ? He should be ours by Tuesday Morning... If not, we're idiots... Any other proteins besides mussels? -And why not add a fistful of lemongrass to the butter sauce?

Any other proteins besides mussels? -And why not add a fistful of lemongrass to the butter sauce? I of course glossed over the details. age perhaps. lemongrass is often involved. probably coconut oil and turmeric among other unique ingredients. Two end cut strips one del monico two skewers of sirloin chunks one bone in prime rib. We shared the meats from a platter to cut. Those beans are surely a protein !! I took plenty home ; ) If it aint squeakin it aint worth buyin! now ya get me

Kirby Jackson Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 I'll be happy to get him a gold pen > to sign his new 1 or 2 year dealWell, we are trying to win the wife over. Nothing says, "the Bills fans love you" like a Chef'n Salad Dressing Emulsifier from Williams Sonoma. You can win over the Maclin's for just $14.95!!

"Best wishes from TBD: Cooking up a beautiful union between Jeremy and the Bills!" And it's perfect for them since their thread is half cooking/half Maclin. Edited June 12, 2017 by YoloinOhio

Roundybout Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you?
YoloinOhio Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you? pretty sure everyone is going to want pics before answering this
Doc Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you? Ask yourself if you'd want to be married to someone who won't let you eat meat for the rest of your lives together.
Kirby Jackson Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you? My fiancé is on a pretty intense meal prep. Her next cheat meal is 4th of July. I just leave it as "her thing" and do me. I can convince her to skip some the occasional meal for sushi or something else healthy. I eat pretty healthy but without the same restrictions that she abides by. Maybe you can reach a compromise of sorts? If she goes vegan though you gotta get the hell out of there!! Edited June 12, 2017 by Kirby Jackson
transient Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you? I would have a discussion with her about how I find pastrami to be the most sensual of the salt cured meats.
John from Riverside Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 I would have a discussion with her about how I find pastrami to be the most sensual of the salt cured meats. Playfully whack her in the head with a salami? (too graphic?_
JaCrispy Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What do you guys do when you and a woman have a mutual attraction but the woman is a radical vegetarian and is actively trying to convert you? Wish I could help u buddy...my problem is just the opposite...my wife is actually eating herself to death...sad to say but she refuses to diet or do the necessary exercise to fix the problem...I think she has just given up on life, to be honest.
Figster Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Playfully whack her in the head with a salami? (too graphic?_ She doesn't eat meat John, ...and she might go Bobbit... ...ouch...
Jamie Nails Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) Did you guys send him anything off the wedding registry? https://registry.theknot.com/adia-kuzma-jeremy-maclin-may-2017/18511098 He's received virtually everything. Tried to buy him another marble rolling pin with a catchy note about rolling to Buffalo. Didn't work. Then tried the Dutch oven cooking book to stay true to this thread and the note just writes itself: "best way to a happy marriage, Jeremy: limit the Dutch ovens. Love, your new Buffalo Family."
