Buffalo_Stampede Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 https://overthecap.com/compensatory-draft-picks-cancellation-chart/ deadline has passed for FA to Qualify as part of this compensation so Streator and the other guys just signed don't count. See the link. Those are only guys who counted. Anyone noticed that teams considered to have top front offices have a net loss while average to bad front offices have a net gain. I wonder if this is consistent or just a coincidence.
NoSaint Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 Anyone noticed that teams considered to have top front offices have a net loss while average to bad front offices have a net gain. I wonder if this is consistent or just a coincidence. Many here are convinced it's a rigged system for that reason, despite the transparency.
valle7878 Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 Guys you are not going to get a starter in the 3rd round so why are we even worried about comp picks
billsfan89 Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 There is no way that the Patriots should get comp picks this year after getting Gilmore. The system is seriously broken and not accomplishing what it is supposed to do. That said if we can get a 3rd and a 4th we should definitely do it. It is one of the stupidest formulas in all of sports.
johnwalter Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 Guys you are not going to get a starter in the 3rd round so why are we even worried about comp picks a few third-round picks playing in the league now: David Johnson Marshal Yanda NaVorro Bowman Justin Houston Russell Wilson TY Hilton keep in mind this list gets way tf longer when you add in players from rounds 4, 5, 6, 7
KRT88 Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 You don't have to cut them all at once. However working the system to our advantages makes 100% sense. Can you release them during bye week and re sign them before the next game?
Jamie Nails Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 The Giants signed Corbin Bryant. The Rock says, it doesn't matter.
