SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 This is one of my questions. It really bugged me when they left from Dragonstone to raid north of the wall... but no one brought dragonglass with them but Jorrah. The wooden crates were full of dragon glass
GoBills808 Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 I was kinda under the impression that the dragonglass mining was being done behind the scenes by John Snow's men How many guys did he bring to that island? I thought he pretty much went by himself and maybe a couple other people. If they were serious they'd have 500-1000 people digging it out and another thousand making weapons in shifts.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 Anyone else notice Tormunds metal long axe turned into dragon glass ? I was kinda under the impression that the dragonglass mining was being done behind the scenes by John Snow's men The queens men.
GoBills808 Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 The wooden crates were full of dragon glass What wooden crates?
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 When they left Deagonstome they were loading crates. At Easteatch by the sea they unloaded some.
Doc Brown Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 This is one of my questions. It really bugged me when they left from Dragonstone to raid north of the wall... but no one brought dragonglass with them but Jorrah. That was my first question and when I re-watched it I noticed Tormund had a dragonglass halberd made, Jorah and the Hound had dragonglass daggers/knives (you could see the Hound frustrated with the maul hammer Gendry had so he pulled out two dragaonglass knives), Jon had his Valerian sword, Beric and Thorus had their flaming swords, and I'm guessing Gendry also had daggers at his disposal.
Deranged Rhino Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 That was my first question and when I re-watched it I noticed Tormund had a dragonglass halberd made, Jorah and the Hound had dragonglass daggers/knives (you could see the Hound frustrated with the maul hammer Gendry had so he pulled out two dragaonglass knives), Jon had his Valerian sword, Beric and Thorus had their flaming swords, and I'm guessing Gendry also had daggers at his disposal. I missed that, thanks.
Doc Brown Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 I missed that, thanks. No problem. The director of that episode shouldn't be allowed to do a battle episode ever again.
eball Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 ALWAYS kill the zombie army first, before the human army. Always. Regular armies kill your soldiers. Zombie armies make them switch sides. Pretty much the first rule of engagement in a zombie war. Has history taught us nothing?
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 I missed that, thanks. Get some glasses.
BeginnersMind Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Bran is the Night King? The theory The last episode new stuff Not sure about it but it's an interesting thought.
Doc Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 If Bran were to warg into the NK and get stuck, wouldn't he be catatonic with his eyes rolled-back into this head?
BeginnersMind Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 If Bran were to warg into the NK and get stuck, wouldn't he be catatonic with his eyes rolled-back into this head? What happened with Hodor going insane? Maybe the Night King is not "Bran," per se, but some stuck version of Bran. It's an out there theory and the white walker army marching in wolf formation is probably more of an easter egg wink than a reveal, but we have to fill the next 18 months doing something.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 It is looking like all roads lead to Winterfell next season. The Golden Company ... what a twist to have the sudden appearance of Griff as their leader and turn on Kings Landing !!!!
LeGOATski Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 If Bran were to warg into the NK and get stuck, wouldn't he be catatonic with his eyes rolled-back into this head? Per the theory, it's a future Bran. Not the current one we see in the show.
LeviF Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Per the theory, it's a future Bran. Not the current one we see in the show. But didn't we see the Night King as a regular ol' human earlier in the series?
LeGOATski Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 But didn't we see the Night King as a regular ol' human earlier in the series? Yes.
Doc Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Per the theory, it's a future Bran. Not the current one we see in the show. McAvoy or Stewart. These timelines are so confusing.
John from Riverside Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 How many guys did he bring to that island? I thought he pretty much went by himself and maybe a couple other people. If they were serious they'd have 500-1000 people digging it out and another thousand making weapons in shifts. Just remember.....crows can fly for untold miles to deliver messages
DC Tom Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Just remember.....crows can fly for untold miles to deliver messages Ravens, not crows. Maybe they're raven-albatross hybrids?
