2) Hackers went after the Democrats

"Last week’s indictments against 12 Russian intelligence laid out the other half of the alleged plot: the hacking of the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and other liberal political groups, as well as aides to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

The plot included an operation in mid-2016 that injected malware on “at least ten DCCC computers,” which then lurked on the DCCC network, stealing employees’ passwords, the indictment leaks. That allowed the hackers to watch Democratic staffers’ keystrokes and spirit away DCCC files to a server the Russians leased in Arizona.

The hackers then got into the DNC’s computers and transferred several gigabytes of data to a server they leased in Illinois. The hackers also breached the DNC’s Microsoft-hosted email service and stole “thousands of emails” from committee workers, according to the indictment.

The Russians then published their stolen files, using both outlets they created — a website called DC Leaks and a lone-hacker persona called Guccifer 2.0 — as well as an unidentified organization that’s believed to be WikiLeaks. The timing of the releases was no accident, said the indictments, which described private online conversations involving efforts to seize on the "conflict between bernie and hillary" before the Democratic National Convention."

So you're saying that you don't feel that the hacking of the DNC and the public release of materials found therein to paint Hillary in an unfavorable light impacted the election in any meaningful way? REALLY?! You don't think thousands of voters who were on the fence were impacted one iota by the hacking and/or disinformation campaigns? And you're calling ME willfully ignorant?

I'd say that the exposure of Trump's "grab them by the kitty" comment was of equal weight in the election to Hillary/Podesta email embarrassments.

If your position is that Russian interference helped Trump win, why aren't you up in arms about Russian interference during the Democratic primaries, where there was a concerted effort to aid Bernie's campaign?

At that time the Russians were not the enemy because Clinton was going to be elected president.

Not only is there no moon, NASA actually faked the moon landing footage from their television studio on Mars.

Sounds like everyone is bad, except for the Trump's.

It's the narrative that just won't die - despite several attempts to make it "fact":

He spoke with Mueller for over seventy hours. There's more to come than just uncovering Trump's lies about Russian real estate deals.

He has. And if Mueller uncovered evidence that he lied about being in Prague, it would be in the charging document. It wasn't, because he was never in Prague. I've personally verified this as much as one can. Yet the "Cohen used a secret passport to travel to Prague" story has resurfaced several times over the past two years. Each time it gets denied and beat down by people within the Mueller team or attorneys for Cohen.

The "Michael Cohen was in Prague" debacle is of key importance if you're truly interested in the origin of this scandal. If you follow the bumbling of that story down the rabbit whole, two revelations occur:

1) Steele (through Nellie Ohr) was relying on old 702 data to compile his report. Old in the sense it was from 702 data taken by private contractors working inside the FBI's national security division (our counter intelligence division) before Admiral Rogers shut off that access in April of '16. They were searching for dirt on everyone on the campaign for months prior to April of '16 and stockpiling it without verifying it (because it was going to be used as innuendo and media headlines, not in a court of law). So it didn't matter that Trump's Michael Cohen wasn't in Prague, another Michael Cohen was and that was good enough for this kind of salacious gossip. But, once the spigot was turned off, they had no ability to cross check the old data or verify it. Thus, Steele ran with it - not realizing by putting this in his dossier he was leaving a trail of breadcrumbs to show where his intelligence was really coming from: illegally acquired 702 data pilfered by Fusion GPS operatives working inside the FBI CID/NSD.

2) Per the Steele Dossier, Estonian intelligence claimed to have recorded a conversation between a Trump operative and Russian intelligence in Prague. This was later used as a pretext for Strzok and others inside the FBI to go to London and meet with their 5-Eye counter parts (who were already in on the game, but it provided some legal cover). Trouble is, no tape exists. If it did, it would have surfaced in one of the reports or testimony loooooong ago. Instead, what really happened was much more nefarious. NATO countries, including Estonia, viewed Trump as a clear and present danger to the alliance, their leaders said as much publicly during the campaign. Trump was talking about leaving NATO at the time, that made him a target of not just domestic political enemies, but foreign intelligence agencies based in NATO nations. Estonian intelligence fabricated the rumor of a tape and fed it to Steele to support his 702 data, and in their minds were perfectly justified in doing so because Trump was a threat. Steele ran with it, without verifying what arguably should be the easiest to verify piece of the entire dossier by requesting to hear the tape before including it in his memo. He didn't ask to hear the tape because he knew no such tape existed.

All the foreign interference and spy v spy stuff you hoped to discover looking underneath the rocks around the Trump campaign have been lurking in the next garden over this whole time. I don't say this as speculation, I say this based on real evidence and testimony that remains unchallenged.
