Yeah, but when you think about it, they probably didn't spend much time on the investigation proper, as it probably took them about 11 months just to learn to pronounce "Papadopoulos."

Despite the bout of hysteria last week, Bruce Ohr has been interviewed by the DOJ IG and Huber multiple times (at least 7). While the testimony isn't referenced as such in the document, we know it's the case because his testimony appears in the MYE OIG report released several weeks ago, testimony that did not come from either congressional committee (closed or open session).

Plus there's a chain of letters from Grassley which make it clear Ohr gave testimony to Horowitz as well.

Meadows isn't one of the few in the loop on the whole operation, so he's pushing for something that's already happened. It does shine a light for (the majority of) the public who hasn't followed this stuff closely, but it also causes people to get worried nothing is happening. Which feeds the narrative that Sessions is sitting on his hands. Trump's tweets fuel that as well... which is part of the show.

Can confirm.

People are thinking this tweet was about the Op Ed. It's not. It's about what's coming.

The source is definitely grain of salt. But it is not only plausible enough for those that have been following along but what so many have surmised for a while now.

DNC Lawyers Raise Prospect That Papadopoulos’s U.K. Contact May Be Dead

On the day Donald Trump’s former foreign-policy adviser George Papadopoulos was sentenced to two weeks in jail for lying to investigators about his contacts with a U.K. professor peddling dirt from Russian officials about Hillary Clinton, lawyers in an unrelated case raised the prospect the professor, Joseph Mifsud, may be dead.

No wonder Obama is out there speaking now.

He, along with his dimwits on the left, love to accuse those of the things they actually did or doing.

Typical leftist cover up BS.

IF the tweet is correct, would officially make Hillary Clinton the worst candidate for national leadership in the history of voting.  (It's been suspected for a long time, but that being public would make it official.)

And that would move us precariously close to a shooting war.  Here's to hoping the long, slow rollout has allowed cooler heads to prevail.

In a strangely twisted way Bruce Ohr looks like the John Dean of this SP investigation.

If the statements are proven true, The Dogs of War must be slipped while Trump cries, “Havoc!”

I think George was thrown in jail for two weeks because prosecutors couldn’t pronounce his name during questioning.

They said, “Ah, screw it, throw him in jail for two weeks. That’s the penalty he should pay for having a ridiculous last name.”

Considering how deeply the media was colluding with the deep state, it is no wonder they keep trying to downplay the story.

More media/deep state strategy

* Peter Strzok sent Lisa Page a text message about “media leak strategy” during a key point in the Trump-Russia probe.
* Strzok sent the message just before The Washington Post published a bombshell story about the FBI obtaining surveillance warrants against Carter Page.
* North Carolina Republican Rep. Mark Meadows says the messages raise “grave concerns” about an “apparent systemic culture of leaking” at the FBI and DOJ.

Newly released text messages show disgraced FBI official Peter Strzok asked to speak to former FBI lawyer Lisa Page about a “media leak strategy” during a crucial period of the Trump-Russia investigation in 2017.

Sooooo Mifsud is alive!?  Now, why would the DNC lawyers proclaim  Mifsud cannot be found and is probably dead when lawyer-friend says that is nonsense and he is very much alive? A warning by the DNC that Arkancide can happen anywhere?

Now now, we mustn't be insensitive to those who commit suicide by mugging themselves or shooting themselves in the back of the head twice. Suicide is a serious thing, and those poor people were simply in the way couldn't face their demons.

Posts like the above are why no one takes Gary seriously. He's literally talking to himself because he's got nothing else to offer.

I know, why can't he be more like you, repeating the President's conspiracy theories! That's what we need more of!

It's true. We do need more sensible, rational posters down here who engage honestly with information and evidence. Short of that, we need people who have a sense of humor that doesn't include laughing at dead American soldiers (and then pretending as if that never happened because they're dishonest asshats who do nothing but troll others for sport)

See, that's something no one has ever said. But you did make plenty of jokes about dead American soldiers. You can only lie and spin and then hide behind your reputation (which is that of an unintelligent and dishonest person who's only here to harass others).
