Right, another one who has no problem with the FBI manipulating evidence, manufacturing probable cause, and lying to prosecutors and courts, all to target US citizens for political purposes....

But you are outraged over the case being dismissed against one of those US citizens.

Got it.

Enemy of the republic and the rule of law.

He's boasting about it.

Because he's a bad person.

Nope.  Looks to me like homeboy pleaded guilty to a relatively low level offense, got lucky with a shift in the political wind, and now conveniently has some cold feet.  Courts don't undo that kind of stuff, no matter what kind of unproven conspiracy theory hoaxers like you come up with.

By the time the lefties understand that Flynn was/remains an active military intelligence officer working within a Special Access Program running a counterintelligence sting operation on the traitorous Obama administration, Trump will be re-elected. Absolutely nothing Flynn did was without the full cooperation of Defense Logistics, the DIA, and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. I will enjoy the ridicule I receive now to enjoy the sweet "I told you so" in November. This is just too awesome.

Actually, any "evidence" that Flynn lied was from a corrupt investigation. So, in essence, you are ok with the FBI running corrupt investigations and manufacturing cases against US citizens?

Please, answer the question about the FBI's role in this

He lied. He should not have. He knew what he was doing. And stop making up stuff.

So you are saying its ok to lie as long as you can make up an excuse. Literally, that's your point.

This is awfully hoaxy.

You have had a full week to prove me wrong. Instead, you've chosen to double down on proven lies and fake news. Because you're a joke of a person. And an enemy of this republic and the rule of law. Enjoy the accolades you've earned.

You two are hilarious. You are outraged over someone lying to a government official, yet not a peep about a government agency manipulating probable cause in FISA Applications, literally changing the content of documents, lying to courts in order to spy on US citizens, all to set up that same person in order to get to Trump.

LOL

And yet all of those claims were forfeited upon the plea of guilty, hoaxer.

All you have left is empty projection. No facts to argue.

None.

Because you're on the wrong side of history. Enjoy it. We won't forget.

Still haven't directly answered the question of whether or not you are ok with what the FBI did. Indirectly, your approval is inherent in your lack of a response. However, if so, just be open about it and actually say it.

Let's get to another inarguable point.  You cast Volume II of the Mueller report as a story of entrapment.  The entrapment affirmative defense, of course, acknowledges that the defendant engaged in the proscribed conduct, but that he/she shouldn't be held liable for such conduct based on prosecutorial overstep.  So you admit that there is an open question whether Trump engaged in conduct that could constitute obstruction in the first instance.  On that front you and I totally agree.

Incorrect.

It's foundation was entirely beyond Mueller's scope. It was an open attempt at sedition.

You can't even lie well. You're a ***** lawyer, your own faulty logic betrays that.

The investigators and prosecutors on Mueller's team knew BEFORE they started that Trump was NOT guilty of the crime they were investigating him for -- and they dragged it out for two years (and through the midterms) for purely political reasons. That's sedition when it's done knowingly.

I don't know what the FBI did or didn't do.  But I know that Flynn pleaded guilty and signed off on the investigatory issues.  My understanding of the motion to withdraw the plea is that it's based mostly on his dissatisfaction with the government's change in position with respect to sentencing.  Different kettle of fish if that's true, which has nothing to do with your conspiracy theories.

Well, Beavis, you're the one who dropped entrapment into the mix, and your last paragraph looks an awful lot like an entrapment argument.  Fortunately I don't fall for your hoaxes.

You will eventually come to learn that the Mueller probe was actually interfering with a legally sanctioned military intelligence investigation into the illegal support of ISIS. The Patriot Act is still in effect, and it cuts many ways if military intelligence assesses you as an enemy combatant.

You can't even be honest. You brought up volume 2, not me.

And I destroyed your argument because you're weak. And sad. And deeply stupid.
