Barr has pledged to deliver a redacted version of the special counsel's report by mid-April, but Democrats said redactions are unacceptable. No, as I said before, it would be a brilliant tactic on their part. They probably know that the report will be damning, so they benefit from a long delay. Then, they also claim credit in the public sphere by demanding the full release of the report knowing they will never get that. They boxed themselves in over the past 18+ months by building up Mueller as the hero to their base. They've fed their base so many lies about Russian collusion/conspiracy and the 2016 election that their own base won't let them shift topics. They have to go down with the ship so to speak.
