I had no theory about Carter Page, you are the one that always brings him up. But after watching him last night it's easy to see he could have been putty in the hands of the Russians. That and a price and simple things like spelling out due diligence terms. Without a location, no plans can be produced. A rendering is not a plan and is only something used in a sales pitch.
