Trump wants his crowds to chant "Lock him up!" About his own personal attorney! Wow, what a slimball Trump is.

“Michael Cohen asks judge for no Prison Time.” You mean he can do all of the TERRIBLE, unrelated to Trump, things having to do with fraud, big loans, Taxis, etc., and not serve a long prison term? He makes up stories to get a GREAT & ALREADY reduced deal for himself, and get.....

And there is this:

File under “18 U.S.C. §§ 1503, 1512”

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
“I will never testify against Trump.” This statement was recently made by Roger Stone, essentially stating that he will not be forced by a rogue and out of control prosecutor to make up lies and stories about “President Trump.” Nice to know that some people still have “guts!”

Obstruction of justice, witness tampering...

I wonder who is more chomping at the bit:

team AntiTrump/resist/Never Trumpers

Or

Team Anon/Q/hurrdurrlockherup?

Cuz, it's getting dull now and something needs to happen.

(and Glenn Simpson should be very, very nervous)

That is hilarious.

Agreed, that was a fun read, but I'm still a bit pissed off they only now seem to be serious about bringing this to a close, just before the Dems take over the House... There should have been an end to this long ago

Motive for why Trump curried Putin's favor

Cohen’s plea on Thursday provides a key ingredient — motive. For those who long wondered why throughout the presidential campaign Trump could not bring himself to say a critical word about Russian President Vladimir Putin, we now know the answer: Trump was hoping to do business in Russia, and doing so would require the approval of Putin.

The putative Moscow project helps provide motive for Trump to have curried favor with Putin. And once Trump repeatedly and publicly denied having any business interests in Russia, Putin had leverage over Trump, because he knew this claim was an easily disprovable lie.

Cohen’s disclosure exposes not just Trump as having lied about his business interests in Russia, it potentially also exposes his family as well. Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner have both testified before Congress. We know Trump Jr. was asked about his role in negotiations about building Trump Tower Moscow, and while a transcript of Kushner’s testimony has not been made public, it is hard to imagine that he was not also asked about the Trump Organization’s business ties to Russia.

We now know that Cohen “briefed family members of” Trump about the progress of the venture. Did they testify truthfully about this? Mueller either knows or no doubt soon will find out.

Maybe someone in Hollywood can produce a movie where Trump gets nabbed for impeachable offenses and is exiled to Russia.  That should soothe you and millions of others.  These ticky tack daily articles aren't enough.

The law will take care of Trump, as it should. Disgrace.

Explain what General Flynn did that amounts to treason? In detail please.

He spent his entire life defending this country (from Russians for the largest part of it), and has forgotten more about honor and service to is country than you'll ever know.

Didn't he plead guilty to lying to the FBI? Why would he lie to our side about conversations with Russians?

Gosh, I hope it wasn't so the sanctions would be dropped so Donald could get his corrupt hotel. What a reason to go down in flames.

since the current economic sanctions were issued by EO under Obama in 2014, a simple EO by Trump could just as easily dismiss them. the only sanctions that congress would have to undo are the ones they enacted, which were primarily for weapons sales and human rights violations.
