I hadn't been able to confirm it, despite being told this was happening by a few sources. But logistically it makes sense. Brennan, Clapper and Strzok didn't need to fly to London to see the collected intelligence. They could just pop in on the embassy. Important point of distinction: you would expect a foreign country to run intelligence operations out of their embassies/consulates. That's not scandalous.
