Jamie Nails Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 The Jets two years ago will forever be their 2004 Steelers/Bills game. Both sting badly for the losing team

Bell had the huge run early. Great memory.
billsintaiwan Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 This was my first game. Half the stadium didn't see bell break off the TD run on the first play of the game. It was bloody freezing.
Talley56 Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 2008 week 16 we beat Denver in a game they would have clinched the AFC West in. Next week they lost the division to San Diego. Nothing against Denver but that was pretty fun.

KD in CA Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 I'll toss in a mention for the 2001 Jets game, only because I was there. Jets in the hunt for the division title and could clinch a playoff spot, Bills were terrible. Defense played great, Phil Hansen's late game interception was the highlight. Freezing cold day.
Big C Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 The Jets two years ago will forever be their 2004 Steelers/Bills game. Both sting badly for the losing team That was a good one and a good parallel. It was definitely nice not to have Fitz best us en route to a playoff berth.

This game was the first win that year but it must have felt sweet ruining the Cowboys playoff chances. Darryl Talley's rookie year It was tough being a Bills fan at 2-14, and I lived in Texas at the time. So the pregame trash was pretty heavy. That win was extra sweet for me, plus I got to watch it.

That's a lot of snow on the ground and heavy clothing on the fans - for November 14th!

bbb Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Btw- I love those unis It was the first year of the red helmets. Didn't work as well as planned.

BuffalothruMyVeins Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Geez, I've never seen him run, but Bell carrying that ball is a nightmare... one ha dead, out away from his body... I won't be looking it up, but he HAD to have a higher than average fumbling issue.

BuffalothruMyVeins Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Oh, and Schwartz got (rightfully) roasted for being carried off the field after a win vs his former team... how badly roasted to Kay get, if he did that now-a-days, on a 14 loss team, after one of their wins?
