I can hear the football announcers during their home games...I'm roughly two miles away. Ever eat at Paradise Grill next to Publix? Place is awesome. I have one of those fancy separate toilet rooms. i have a special toilet room too. the previous owner had a special toilet installed with a heated seat, rear end washer/dryer. people know not to disturb that bathroom, and it's my special place. it's too sacred for porn. I pay roughly $550 less a month in property taxes on a comparable house in Buffalo. Spend some time in the San Fran-San Jose area and see if you still think so.
