Astrobot Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Aside from Arizona, which five teams do you think Donahoe has talked with regarding Travis? My guesses: 1. Arizona -- Duh 2. Oakland -- Fargas and Wheatley won't cut it if Zeroue's gone. 3. Green Bay -- Ahman Green has little behind him; they want to run more. 4. Lions -- Trade for Stockar MdDougle 5. TBay -- For a 2nd Rounder Let's hear it...
stevestojan Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Don't know where you heard he has talked to 5 teams, but if that's the case: Arizona Miami Tampa Oakland Chicago.
VABills Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Don't know where you heard he has talked to 5 teams, but if that's the case: Arizona Miami Tampa Oakland Chicago. 258775 Oh yeah forgot Miami. Steve I know San Fran has been talked to.
stevestojan Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Oh yeah forgot Miami. Steve I know San Fran has been talked to. 258779 San Fran. Ok, then swap that out for The bears. I just threw Chi out as a guess, but Henry has stated he doesn't want to play in a cold city anymore, so that makes sense.
Johnny Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 I know of Arizona, Oakland, and San Fran 258774 tbay den az oak sf
BRH Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Oh yeah forgot Miami. Steve I know San Fran has been talked to. 258779 I would drop Oakland from the list then. I know TD is the president but Ralph still has the final word and I doubt he would approve a trade with Oakland. Seeing as how we have pretty good intelligence that Miami, SF, Arizona, TB and (I think) Chicago have been involved, that leaves Oakland as the odd one out.
Gavin in Va Beach Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 1)Arizona- obvious 2)Miami- desperate for a RB 3)Oakland- keep throwing RB's against the wall...none seem to stick 4)San Fran- Hearst was let go and Barlow couldn't cut it as #1 5)Tampa Bay- think they really want to rely on Pittman for another year?
Astrobot Posted March 2, 2005 Author Posted March 2, 2005 Denver???? Denver has Sapp, Griffin, Droughns, Bell, Hearst, Anderson, and one of the cheerleader's thinking having "the operation". They don't need no TH.

Green Bay has cap trouble, and three RBs already - Green, Najeh " Can I use your closet" Davenport and Tony Fisher, so I'm guessing Henry doesn't want to go there. I'd guess Miami, TB, Oakland, Arizona and San Fran might be new homes for TH. Outside chances: Giants, Texans and Eagles.

Astrobot Posted March 2, 2005 Author Posted March 2, 2005 If TH goes to Green Bay, Detroit, or Frisco, will you lose the Russian George hat and get a real avatar?
Gavin in Va Beach Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Hearst was cut two years ago and was in Denver last fall. 258796 Hearst was a 49er during the 2003 season, was let go after. Barlow became the undisputed #1 last season, couldn't get it done. That clear enough or should I type slower?
Alaska Darin Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 It's not GB - they don't have the cap room. If they did, they'd keep Davenport LONG before they even considered TH. Bad fit on and off the field in GB.

Bad fit on and off the field in GB. 258843 Why a bad fit off the field? Green Bay have a high amount of gas stations per capita?

They don't need no TH. 258790 too old too small or too injury prone..... the position is about reps and momentum, Shannahan brings in more every year, why not Denver?
Rayzer32 Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 If TH goes to Oak, can you imagine the trouble he and Moss could get into to?
VABills Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 If TH goes to Oak, can you imagine the trouble he and Moss could get into to? 258863 No Moss likes to run women over. But at least they are 18. So Travis will be hanging out at Chucky Cheese scamming girls and Moss will be at the traffix tie ups running over police women.
