Magox Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Awesome! I hope he signs with us today. Don't let him leave the building without a contract.
KellyToughII Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 McDermott needs to do a single leg on him and put him in an arm bar until he signs a contract with the other hand lol
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Who's going to even interview him or make the call on signing him?
Juice_32 Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Who's going to even interview him or make the call on signing him? Probably the guy who made all the draft picks and signed the 2 DBs we've picked up post draft. I'll give you one guess. This is 100% McD's show.
Magox Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Who's going to even interview him or make the call on signing him? I think it's safe to say that McD is a point man and has as much say as anyone else.
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Anyone know why the Browns released him? I mean he's coming off 2 pretty good looking seasons......Moneyball not like

HumbleAndHungry Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 would be a solid depth signing behind charles clay
Best Player Available Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 this would he an interesting signing. But with his age, etc. what is he seeking for a contract moneywise......I would say lock him up for 2 years. get er done ________ ______________
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 They released him right after they drafted Njoku. Maybe they want to get younger? I saw they got 2.7 in cap back too? This looks like a no-brainer to me...sign him

MDH Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Exactly and it should be. I love what he is doing so far. It should be? Give complete autonomy to a guy who has 0 games logged as a head coach? He might end up panning out but giving someone with that lack of experience complete control doesn't seem like the prudent move.
