TAinLack. Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 That made me laugh...excellent! At least you have the Pope on your side now. I read your Woody Quote and that made me laugh..., ah the good ole days.., Bo vs Woody!!!
Solomon Grundy Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 (edited) Didn't Whaley say that he would want to return to being a scout if the GM job didn't work out in Buffalo? Edited May 1, 2017 by the skycap
CodeMonkey Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Still better than the Browns: run by the team lawyer and a baseball analyst. Who gives a **** about the Browns? Isn't he an alleged alcoholic? Right fan base for that if true.
CodeMonkey Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 ...Pegula is a methodical thinking scientist by trade.....they are not known for snap, knee jerk decisions......deliberate, analytical, etc in their way.....they move at THEIR own pace and publish their conclusion when THEY see fit....hence, Sabres and Bills changes are NOW forthcoming.. WTF are you talking about? He has a BS in petroleum and natural gas engineering. Basically how to drill and frack.

Billzgobowlin Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 @NFL The next Bills GM? @RapSheet offers up two names to watch: http://on.nfl.com/DdB28F (via @gmfb) This is conjecture based on connecting dots. There is no inside source.
YoloinOhio Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 (edited) @albertbreer Per sources, the Colts have let VP of football operations Jimmy Raye III go as GM Chris Ballard restructures the team's scouting department. Fwiw Raye had been passed over for the GM job in SD when AJ Smith was fired and went to work for Grigson in Indy. Not advocating him for GM here but there are several positions to fill in the FO. dbflaBill Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 scot mccloughan rumors out there. What a great hire that would be. It would be ideal, but no way he comes here and not have 100% total control. Coach with that much say, especially a first time coach will hinder any quality GM from coming here.
BaaadThingsMan Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Ian Rappaport on NFLN just said don't be surprised if teams look to the Bills example of firing Whaley after the draft instead of scrambling to hire a new GM after the season. Hmmmm 🤔

This is where having an owner with deep pockets and a strong desire to get better helps. Edited May 1, 2017 by YoloinOhio

I don't think anyone who worked under Grigson should have anything to do with us...IDC how good the person was/is

YoloinOhio Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 John Murphy mentioned he thinks Chris Polian will be a candidate. Just his "guy feeling" He's usually wrong though I don't think anyone who worked under Grigson should have anything to do with us...IDC how good the person was/is he is a diversity candidate though so may be interviewed

TheFunPolice Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 I trust Terry and Kim They went through an adjustment process but they will get it right. They have made strides already in making over the teams.
