MAJBobby Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 He did say he will support the new GM if it means getting rid of others He said he will support Overdorf. But will leave it to GM. So owner support Overdorf you think the New GM going to go against that.
Simon Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Just because you keep saying that doesnt make it any truer. It's true whether I say it or not. You regularly just make **** up and say it to hear yourself talk. It is what it is.
Ittakestime Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 No ifs ands or buts, Pegula has no idea what the heck he is doing.
HappyDays Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Who's the fuggin douche asking the same question 5 times?
boyst Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 "Quickly sped up the process" I have no idea what this actually means. Whoever has the secret decoder ring today can you plainspeak this one? drink your ovaltine
Bill_with_it Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 my thoughts also. if hes got an approach that makes everyone else look like monkeys humping a football then i'm on board. It speaks to care of his profession, work ethic, and dedication to the organizations success above all else. I like it. Such a fresh breath of air.
Mountain Man Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 He is not a natural public speaker, but at least he is out there within a couple of hours, he is learning at least.
Sisyphean Bills Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Doug, farewell. you didn't do a bad job actually as per my analysis. But you didn't win the people over in this area. they didn't like you. It might be lack of media relations. It might be expectations management. This impacted how they viewed you. And how they looked at the franchise. And a new GM was a cheaper way for the franchise to fix that than wait for you to repair the relationship. So farewell Doug. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/193447-nfl-draft-performance-analysis-for-2012-2016/ Pegulas, you're going to need a media-savvy GM. One who can communicate well with the fossils at Buffalo News and the table stompin rednecks who makes your stadium so entertaining, but also the national media and the newage social media. To be frank, McDermott does not seem to be that savvy with the media either. Spend some money, bring a savant. Or at least one who is great at talking his way around his mistakes. Because everyone makes a few. Thanks for all those playoff trips. Oh, wait.
Freddie's Dead Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Who's the fuggin douche asking the same question 5 times? They all ask the same question 5 times, hoping to get him to trip himself up.
Rockpile233 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) This is a rough presser for Pegula. I'm disappointed he's sticking to the collaborative structure and insists on being a micromanager. Edited April 30, 2017 by Rockpile233
boyst Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Terry Pegulas Mouth in his presser my phone cut out for it. thanks. damn usb cord is on the way out. it wasn't even moving and would cut in and out of charging and everytime it cuts off charging an app cuts off the bluetooth and other devices to the audio playing.
LabattBlue Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Pegula..."Russ will be involved in GM search. He is part of the organization". That's a given Terry.
MAJBobby Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Russ will be asked Questions about NEW GM Tell me again how he still isnt pulling strings
Steve Billieve Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Where did all of the "Whaley isn't going anywhere" guys go? i didn't think he was going anywhere, until the bills response regarding our scouts being skittish. so i'm right here.
Mountain Man Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 This is a rough presser for Pegula. I'm disappointed he's sticking to the collaborative structure and insists on being a micromanager. The journos arent coming out of it very well either
Freddie's Dead Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Pegs and Kim are GM's until they find a new one. LOL!!
boyst Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Reporter: "how much of a say did doug whaley have in the draft?" TP: "he put the whole thing together"
Big Gun Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Who is going to take the GM job with McDermott clearly the power? The GM is going to be emasculated here, nothing but a toady. Pegs should just name McDermott GM now, because nobody else with any integrity or feeling of self-worth is coming anywhere near the Bills. This and TPegs should just hire an assistant GM (who coach wants) to work within McDermotts style and be his yes man. No established GM anywhere is going to want the Bills GM job.
LabattBlue Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Pegula..."We ran our process" regarding the decision to fire Whaley.
