From Mayock:

63. Dion Dawkins, G, Buffalo Bills (from Atlanta Falcons)

Analysis: "There's a right tackle position open in Buffalo. He was a converted defensive tackle, so his best football is ahead of him on the offensive side of the ball. Powerful point-of-attack player. He can kick inside or play right tackle."

The most interesting thing about this pick to me is that McD apparently thinks more of our LBs than we all do.

Honestly Mills was probably our worst starter last year. An upgrade was needed.

He will only be playing 2 at a time 75% of the time.

Fantastic pick. Dion was He was the best OG prospect in this draft. Top 30 prospect overall. He could have gone in the 1st round and I wouldn't have thought it was terrible.

Seems like a good player. Again, we gave up a lot to get at him, so they must love the guy.

A couple 5ths that are not likely starters. He is.

From PFF:

Bottom line: Dawkins has strength and pop you can’t teach or find. A bit heavy, but athletic and not slow, Dawkins can be a dominant guard in a power-blocking scheme. He needs development and strengthening of his fundamentals (especially at the guard position.) Dawkins demonstrates physical tools necessary to be a Pro Bowl player in the right system.

It is an interesting development. They could add depth later, but no starters.
