DDD Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 The Bills have not historically valued CB's. Odomes, Smith, Burris, Clements, Winfield, and now Gilmore have all left for $$$. Other than JD Williams they've done amazingly well drafting CB's high. The only big-name FA CB they signed off the top of my head was Troy Vincent and he was switched to safety. Better to have your $$$ invested in high impact position like QB, DE, and LT. Remember the pain when they let Jason Peters leave. It took years before they found a capable replacement in Glenn.
Nitro Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Not a wasted pick. He is good and will be starting on opening day, The Bills do have a bad history of not resigning top draft picks. Hope he pans out for the long term.
