ALLEN1QB Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 (edited) Thought this was a Rex thing. I went to the Bills vs Jets game last year they had music blaring before the game while the Bills were dancing on the field the Jets were practicing running plays. We know what happened after that. Very disturbing to hear that this continues. Edited April 26, 2017 by TYROD1QB
TSOL Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 This is a sure sign that McDermott is losing the team already...
r00tabaga Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 F5 Lol!!!! Hard to decide which reply of yours was the funniest!
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 this is really a thread? i just picture the op sitting on a coach, staring off into space, and suddenly a simple thought pops into his head. he then runs to the internet to let all bills fans know what he's thinking, no matter how useless it is. well, he is a 420 bud man, so there's that...
4_kidd_4 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Who cares about tunes as long at there's inspirational and motivational cliches slapped up everywhere? Is it playoff caliber music? Do they listen like a Bill?
CNY315 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 If they're getting work done I'm not sure how this is an issue
NewEra Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Can we ban this guy from making threads? If not, just ban him altogether.
Captain Murica Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 You obviously didn't comprehend what he said, listened to the entire interview. Football this is the man's job, he's working, the addition of music helps them(players) forget that they're actually working. Do a deadlift sometime.
KermitMcDermott Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Music in practice? Yup, season is over already.
stevewin Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Trust The Music Process Is it playoff caliber music? This is the real issue. Are they cranking "We are the Champions" or titles slightly less inspirational? - Loser - I'm a Loser - Beautiful Loser - Even the Losers - Poor Poor Pitiful Me
BuffaloBud420 Posted April 26, 2017 Author Posted April 26, 2017 I personally would pipe crowd noise through the speakers. Music only for warm ups. Can we ban this guy from making threads? If not, just ban him altogether. Can we ban you?
cba fan Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 How can I make an intelligent decision about this clandestine plan for music playing in practice without gathering all the evidence? I need to know what kind of music they are playing to make an informed opinion on the matter. Anyone know?

I have no problem with it, in the weight room or warmups. He said, it is played during on the field drills. Also said, He plays to the beat of the music. No music in real game situations.

teef Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 All I need to know is if the Pats do this? Somehow I don't think so i'm sure this has been the key to their success.
Mr. WEO Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I was listening to Jerel Worthy on The Bills Defender Show (aka John Murphy). He said, music is now played throughout practice. Not a fan. That's not how you teach discipline. Rammstein might disagree...
Royale with Cheese Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 All I need to know is if the Pats do this? Somehow I don't think so Mike Reiss @MikeReiss Patriots music practice set list (1/2): "Code of Silence," Bruce Springsteen "The Spirit of Radio," Rush "Tom Sawyer," Rush
elroy16 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I don't the problem, if anything, it might be a smart move. There's never a time during a game that there isn't some sort of distraction. Make them learn how to ignore the distractions and focus on what they need to do.
