Haven't they always played music in practice? Points to lack of discipline? I feel like I'm trapped in the movie Footloose.

panthers always lay music. In fact many point to how the team is doing and how much they care by how much they dance. Pre 2016, they would have dance offs in practice.

 

Edit. It was an offensive type of issue. The offense would dance and not take it seriously and these defense got heated. Its what lead to several bouts between Norman and newton prior to 2015.
